Each counseling session uniquely addresses what is arising now in the client. Physical disease, emotional imbalance, mental stress or disorder, spiritual crisis or any area of disharmony and dysfunction will be addressed and requires commitment and discipline and willingness on the part of the client.
Suchitra works with adults, adolescents, couples and groups. Phone or video sessions for distance clients, domestic and international, are available. A six session commitment is suggested to allow the new rhythm and intention to anchor. Flower essence recommendations or solutions are sometimes given as part of the counseling process.
